Dwelling or Coverage A Insurance is also known as Main Structure Coverage. Dwelling Coverage is the part of your
Mobile or Manufactured Home Insurance Policy the pays to repair or rebuild your home.
This includes things like walls, roof, floors, windows, etc.
Dwelling or Coverage A does not provide coverage for unattached structures (please see Coverage B).
Depending on the program, CoverCorps' partner provides Coverage A limits from $15,000 to $150,000.
Personal Property or Coverage C
Personal Property or Coverage C, covers the contents of your home like furniture, electronics,
clothes, jewelry, etc. CoverCorps' program covers contents against perils such as fire, vandalism,
theft and windstorms. Depending on the program, Personal Property, also known as Contents Coverage,
protects your personal property with limits of 30% to 50% of your Coverage A amount.
Loss of Use Coverage or Coverage D
If an event such as fire or windstorm occurs, CoverCorps' program provides you with protection when you can no
longer use your home. Coverage D helps you pay for things like rental accommodation, groceries, laundry and more.
Loss of Use gives you the peace of mind and financial security if you are displaced by a covered event.
Loss of Use coverage is included at 20% of the Coverage A amount.
Personal Liability Coverage or Coverage E
Personal Liability Coverage or Coverage E covers you when someone makes a claim or sues you over bodily harm
or property loss you caused. It covers things like an injured party's medical bills, repair costs for someone's
property or legal expenses to protect you against a lawsuit. Personal Liability Coverage is included depending on the
program from $25,000-$50,000. Higher limits for extra liability protection can be added up to a high limit of $300,000.

Medical Payments or Coverage F covers medical injuries that happen to your guests while on your
covered property regardless of who is at fault. Coverage F will cover things like X Rays, medical treatments,
surgeries, etc. Our CoverCorp's programs provide up to $500 in coverage for Medical Payments.
Additional Coverages
CoverCorps provides additional coverages for your Mobile or Manufactured home. Aside from increased limits
being available on most basic coverages, we provide coverage from toys to additional structures. We also offer
replacement cost coverage for maximum protection.
Other Unattached Structures or Coverage B
Coverage for unattached structures can be purchased for up to 10% of the Coverage A Dwelling Limit.
Coverage B, also known as other structures insurance coverage, is the part of your homeowners policy
that protects structures on your property not physically connected to your home, such as a detached garage,
storage shed, or gazebo.
Replacement Cost Coverage
What is replacement cost coverage? A replacement cost policy helps pay to repair or replace damaged
property without deducting for depreciation. This type of coverage may be available for both your personal
belongings and your home if they are damaged by a covered peril.
Sinkhole insurance covers your insured home and your personal belongings if they are lost to a sinkhole.
Golf cart insurance is an insurance policy that covers damage to your golf cart and damage that your golf
cart causes. Buying golf cart insurance depends on where you ride and how you use your golf cart. It covers
bodily damage liability, property damage liability, collision and comprehensive damage to your cart.
